Our cleaning system consists of Hot Water Extraction, referred to as Steam Carpet Carpet Cleaning. This cleaning process is the only method classified as deep cleaning. Your carpets are first pretreated to loosen soils, pollutants, and odors. Our powerful truck-mounted system connects to your freshwater outside spigot and flows through a water softener before heating up to as high as 220 degrees. The water is mixed with a rinse solution and injected under high pressure onto the pretreated carpet, flushing out our pretreatment, soils, pollutants, and odors. The powerful vacuum quickly extracts the dirty water and sends it back to a holding tank in our trucks. This proven method leaves your carpets fresh and clean with no soapy residue.

What To Expect When Hiring Steam Action Carpet Cleaning
Calling our office is easy. You will always get a live, friendly Customer service representative during business hours to help you schedule an appointment. Before your appointment, you will receive a call from our office or the technicians, letting you know we are on our way to your home or business.
Approximately two days after cleaning, our customer service representative will contact you to ask how your carpets dried and if you have any questions or comments about our cleaning service. Take this opportunity to touch up any concerns and ensure your total satisfaction.
When Can I Walk On Freshly Cleaned Carpets?
Carpets are left slightly damp, and you can immediately walk on them without street shoes. Because of our powerful truck-mounted vacuum, no water penetrates through the backing or the padding. Our carpet cleaning method has a much faster drying time than alternative methods, but in some cases, it could take up to 24 hours, depending on the outside humidity level and the amount of soil removed. We ask you to keep your traffic minimum until the carpets are completely dry.
How Often Should I Clean Carpets
Carpet manufacturers recommend a minimum of 11 and 14 months between cleanings. If carpets are exposed to pets or under heavy traffic, cleaning more often is recommended. Soils are very abrasive and can shorten the life or dull the appearance of your carpet. We tell our customers that every home or business is different. If your carpets are new or under warranty, the manufacturer will ask you for proof of cleaning by an IICRC-certified company. We keep records of all work done for every customer. What About The Furniture?
Our crew will move your furniture to clean behind it and then place it back in its original location. We then place plastic squares or foam blocks under the legs to protect the furniture from moisture and prevent any furniture staining. We suggest you leave these under-furniture legs in contact with the carpet for a minimum of 24 hours. They slide out easily just by pulling them out.
If we are moving furniture, we require removing all breakables and electronics from the room before your carpet cleaning appointment. We do not move heavy appliances, aquariums, pool tables, or wall units. If you have any concerns, the technician will consult with you directly.
