Your rug will be placed in this machine that tumbles your rug forward and backward to release dry soils prior to being cleaned. An 8 by 10 rug can hold as much as 8 pounds of dry soil that vacuuming can not remove.
When your rug enters our 1200 gallon washtub, it is treated with a solution rinse that washes away any remaining soils or odors from the rug. This is similar to an extra-large washing machine.
Your rug is now moved to the washing area where it is flushed with water then cleaning solution is applied and massaged through your rug with our gentle specialty cimex machine, on both sides. This is followed by a high-pressure rinse to remove suspended soils.
Next, your rug will enter our high-performance MOR machine. This machine automatically pulls the rug through a large volume, high-pressure flushing. Then, at the same time is compressed with large rollers to remove 85% of the water leaving the rug completely rinsed and free from soil and odors.
This machine spins your area rug almost like a washer would spin your clothes, except this machine is a lot more powerful and larger. It removes 96% of any moisture in the rug, within 3 minutes.
This state-of-the-art rug drying room is designed to dry the rugs within 2 to 5 hours using a specialty rack system, a high-temperature furnace, and industrial fans for rapid drying.
After drying, your carpets are inspected and groomed then are wrapped and are ready for pick up oe delivery.
